Matured in a combination of French oak and stainless steel then blended to deliver a perfectly balanced wine. The Cabernet Sauvignon provides structure and length while the Merlot fills out the palate with plush dark fruit flavours.
TASTING NOTES: Blended from select parcels of fruit from the Clovely vineyard, the wine has expressive aromas of ripe red and black fruits followed by subtle hints of spice. Partially matured in French oak contribute hints of vanilla and chocolate to plush flavours of mixed berries.
