Sangiovese 2016

Sangiovese is one of the most widely planted grape variety of Italy and particularly known for its role in the famous wines of Tuscany and Romagna. Its heritage dates back to the 16th century.

TASTING NOTES: Bright crimson in colour with aromas of strawberries, currants and red plum, and earthy notes of tomato and red clay. It has excellent natural acidity and distinct varietal tannins which give structure and length

FOOD SUGGESTIONS: Pairs perfectly with pepper crusted steak, tomato and herb pasta, and hard cheeses.
