TASTING NOTES: Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes the wine retains a brilliant freshness with lemon citrus notes over a complex, minerally palate, complemented by toasty brioche, cashew nut and honey characters. It boasts a fine bead and a delicious creaminess enriched by the great complexity of character that comes from 6 years spent on lees in the bottle
SUGGESTED FOODS: Beautiful on its own as well as with the classic companions of oysters and other fresh seafood, but is also delicious with salami, prosciutto and olives or even sweet and sharp dessert like lime and raspberry tart.
