Philosophy

As grape growers and winemakers, our aim is always to express the sense of place of our region, or Terroir. In both the vineyard and winery, we intervene only when necessary, allowing the traits of our South Burnett region and the grape variety to shine through as organically and honestly as possible.

At Clovely Estate, we plant grape varieties that are well suited to the climate of our developing wine region, resisting popular varietals that won’t thrive in our lands. Through winemaking technique passed down from centuries of tradition and state-of-the-art production facilities, we aim to deliver wines that are generous in quality, flavour and occasion. At the end of the day, what is a meal without good food, good company and wonderful wine?
